Of course. That's why we ask you so many questions. We'll do our best to determine your needs based upon the given specifics of your event, venue, date, time, etc. 

Sure. If your needs are the same or similar as before, your pricing will be similar. Our prices don't change that often, but variables do (venue, location, time, date) which can make the difference in pricing. Just call or email us!

You sure can! We've listed the most popular setups, but you can always change items out with something else. For example, maybe you'd rather have a wireless mic setup, instead of a wired mic. No problem. You'd just pay the difference in pricing, if any.

You may. For example, if you don't need a large setup but aren't real sure about handling it all yourselves, you can always opt for a tech to remain on site for assistance or to run the equipment to make you feel more at ease during the event. 

Of course. The equipment we RENT is user friendly, it has to be. We realize that many of our customers don't know how to work all AV equipment, so, we show all of our Clients how to use the equipment before it leaves our store. If necessary, we'll even deliver and setup for you so you don't have to worry about that part. 

A Hold Authorization is just that, a credit card authorization rather than a "charge". It's a SECURITY DEPOSIT, meaning that the credit card company reserves the authorized amount of funds but does not create a charge for it. Much like when you rent a car, to cover any incidentals upon return or to cover addt'l rental time. If the hold authorization is not "captured", then the hold drops off in about 7-10 days. No need for you or us to do anything further, the funds will be released for you to use.

The Service Agreement states that you have secured the services of ADEK Productions. It is a requirement to secure our services. in some cases, we require the signature of our Clients on several different documents, and it can be tricky to get that coordinated, especially for rentals. While it serves as your permission to charge your card for services rendered, it can save a lot of time and coordination by circumventing the need for us to obtain multiple signatures gives us permission to use the Agreement as your permission and signature for the necessary documentation.
