SITE SURVEY: A site survey by one of our experienced technicians is recommended with any major installation. The cost of the site survey will be a min. $125 and depending upon your location can be a bit higher. The site survey fee may be rebated back to labor related services once the actual job has been secured (labor related fees must exceed $1000 to receive the rebate).
BOOKING: A 50% deposit must be made to book your service call. LARGE SCALE projects may require a thirty (30) day advance payment or a larger deposit. Some exceptions apply. Payment in full is due upon completion of the job. Last minute dates can be arranged, but ample planning insures date and equipment and service availability.
WARRANTY: 30 to 90 day Labor Warranties offered. Extended (6month/12 month) warranties available.
EQUIPMENT PURCHASED FROM ADEK - If you are purchasing equipment through ADEK, that we will be installing, we will warranty our parts and labor for 90 days. The equipment follows manufacture warranties. However, in cases of equipment failure or similar within 90 days, we will arrange exchange or repair and reinstallation for your equipment under our labor warranty policy.
EQUIPMENT PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER VENDOR - If you purchase or have purchased equipment from another vendor, our warranty is limited. We offer a 30 day labor warranty and do not arrange or assist with returns or exchanges if equipment issues arise. Additional fees will apply if initial installation is hindered by malfuntioning or non-operational equipment. Service calls related to equipment failure are not covered under the 30 day labor warranty.
RESCHEDULING Site Survey: Please be courteous. If you have the need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible so appropriate action can be taken. If notice is made same day, you forfeit the rebate of your site survey fee.
RESCHEDULING Installs: Please be courteous. Installations jobs or similar require a bit of preparation and scheduling. If you have the need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible so appropriate action can be taken. If notice is made same day, before the technician has left for your job, you will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee, if made after the technician has left for your job, you will be subject to a min. $100 rescheduling fee. CANCELLATIONS: If parts and/or equipment have been ordered for your job, refunds will be subject to restocking fees both from the manufacturer and by ADEK provided the equipment can be returned. Labor fees will be refunded according to the following schedule:
Cancel at Least Seven (7) BUSINESS DAYS♦ PRIOR to your scheduled install date/time:
Subject to a 35% cancellation fee, plus any related fees that may apply ♦♦ or receive a 100% future use credit** for amounts paid.
Cancel less than Seven (7) BUSINESS DAYS♦ PRIOR to but not less than one (1) Business Days from scheduled service date/time:
Subject to a 50% cancellation fee, plus any related fees that may apply♦ or 75% future use credit** for amounts paid.
Cancel less than One (1) BUSINESS DAY♦ PRIOR to scheduled reservation date/time:
Subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
NOTICE: Notification of reschedule or cancellation must be submitted via email. Please include a "read receipt" in your email submission. We will and must achnowledge your request to validate receipt. If you do no hear from us promptly, please call to ensure receipt of your submission. Please followup if you do not hear from us after your notification. We are not responsible for misdirected email. If you call to followup or otherwise notify us of your notification, please jot down the name of the ADEK staff member you spoke to. Without the proper notification or proof of your communication, we cannot be held liable for proper reschedule or cancellation of your service.
